Responsibilities
- Manage new customer implementation.
- Conduct customer training to support new customers or re-training of existing customers.
- Promote Radius Living Rx programs and services to customers and potential customers.
- Develop cadence of regular, proactive meetings with customer stakeholders to review deliverables and evaluate opportunities for further collaboration.
- Collaborate with Operations, Clinical Services, Sales and appropriate leadership to meet customer needs and improve customer experience.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and customer or industry related events.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelors’ Degree preferred
Experience
- At least two years of experience in customer-facing positions required
- Prior experience in LTC pharmacy preferred
Skills and Knowledge
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong listening skills, and strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with other healthcare professionals
- Must have effective presentation skills with the ability to make group presentations.
- Ability to strategically and creatively solve problems.
- Proven success utilizing project management skills; ability to track and manage tasks and ensure the right resources are engaged.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Prior experience with CRM systems preferred.
- Must have a desire and willingness to learn and perform new tasks
- Must be self-motivated and self-directed; ability to perform under pressure and adapt to changing dynamics

Responsibilities
- Establishes and maintains accurate and up-to-date patient profiles
- Receives prescriptions and refill requests and verifies that information is complete and accurate
- Processes prescriptions using third party insurance billing
- Answers telephone calls and assists facilities and patients with questions and refers them to the pharmacist for medication information as needed
- Packages prescriptions according to requirements of facilities and patients
- Compounds pharmaceutical preparations as prescribed and as allowed by Radius Living Rx policy and state and federal regulations
- Receives and stores incoming drugs and supplies, verifies quantities against invoices, checks for outdated medications in current inventory, and informs supervisors of stock needs and shortages
- Cleans and assists in the maintenance of equipment and work areas
- Assists in the maintenance of proper storage and security conditions for drug inventory
Qualifications
Education
- High school or equivalent
- Technician training certificate of completion from an accredited institution/college or signed certificate of completion from an employer preferred

Responsibilities
- Interprets prescription orders and obtains necessary information or clarification from prescribers or facility nurses
- Conducts Drug Utilization Review (DUR) in accordance with Minnesota Rules part 6800.3100
- Provides direct supervision of pharmacy technicians, pharmacist-interns and any other pharmacy support personnel performing pharmacy related duties
- Performs the following duties while practicing pharmacy:

- Verifies prescription validity
- Resolves prescription discrepancies and seeks clarification when necessary
- Performs prescription verification (PV1) and certification (PV2) in accordance with Minnesota Rules part 6800.3100
- Ensures compliance with FDA and manufacturer restrictions associated with REMS drugs
- Consults with prescribers, facility nurses and patients about drug interactions, side effects, medication storage, and other requested or pertinent prescription drug information as required or necessary
- Verifies correct medication, directions for use, and other prescription information, in accordance with Radius Living Rx policy and state and federal regulations prior to dispensing
- Compounds prescriptions in accordance with Radius Living Rx policy, USP <795> and state and federal regulations
- Collaborates with other internal departments to resolve issues
- Meets or exceeds daily workflow expectations
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as required
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm.D.
Experience
- Prior experience in LTC pharmacy preferred
