Leadership Team
Brian Wenger, JD
Brian founded Radius Living with the conviction that seniors and their families deserve premiere health, home and financial services to meet their ever-increasing needs. Brian served at the executive level of a Fortune 5 national health care system before founding Radius Living. He has a passion for innovation in health care and serving seniors and their families.
Ross Rortvedt, PharmD
Ross has years of management experience in retail pharmacy, long-term care, and pharmacy operations within large health care systems. He has directed strategy and growth development for both private and public sector models, and managed initiatives to drive quality and outcome measures. He is experienced in business acquisition and launching new pharmacies as well as building effective teams.
Kim Gualtieri, CPA (Inactive)
Kim brings deep expertise in leading finance and operations, including tax, treasury, and compliance functions. She has experience in the strategic implementation of new businesses, mergers, and integrations. She currently leads the Finance and Accounting teams for the entire Radius Living organization.
Pharmacy Team
Sarah Ball, PharmD BSN
Sarah is the lead pharmacist for Radius Rx, managing the pharmacy team and delivery functions. In addition to her pharmacy experience, Sarah previously provided bedside care as a critical care nurse in several prominent teaching hospitals. Sarah truly believes that Radius Living Rx is the future of long-term care pharmacy, providing elevated service to both patients and providers.
Jay Ackerman
Jay has over 15 years of experience working in the long-term care industry. He has managed triage, data entry, packaging, cycle fill, IV’s, and medication delivery. He has deep knowledge in on-site dispensing automation and first-dose cabinets. Jay is driven to provide the best service in the industry.
Gigi Parker
Gigi has an extensive pharmacy background and has worked in the field for the past 26 years. She performed pharmacy technician services, billing, and data entry. For the last several years, she has focused on account management with long-term care facilities, hospice clients, and group homes. Gigi is passionate about working with people and providing the highest level of customer service.
Advisors Team
Jane Duncan, MPH
Jane has had an expansive 20-year career in health services and has worked across several sectors, including health services research, health care quality improvement, and public health programs focused on healthy aging. She is an experienced “navigator” across the often-complex health system with a focus on patients and their families.
John Crumrine, JD
During his lengthy career John has built trusting relationships with clients and their families and has served them in a wide range of financial, legal and personal matters. In his role as the leader of three well known single-family offices and as a private consultant, John has helped his clients successfully address the challenges that come with life and aging.
Sean Flood, MD
Sean is a physician who brings 40 years of experience in primary care and preventive medicine. In addition to direct patient care, he brings expertise in health care costs and utilization in both the private and public medical sectors.
